Access & accountability
Access follows your role.
Your organisation chooses who joins the workspace and what they can do. Avanqi applies those permissions to the work they access.
Organisation permissions
Workspace access depends on organisation membership and assigned roles. Administrators manage membership and permissions so people can work within their responsibilities.
Project access
Project access is checked against your organisation, role and project membership. Authorised organisation-wide roles can view projects across their workspace; other members need project access.
Stronger account protection
You can add an authenticator app or a passkey in your account security settings. Sensitive account and administrative changes can require fresh identity confirmation. Single sign-on is available when configured for your organisation.
A record of key activity
Audit history records key workspace changes and approval decisions, including who acted and when. Access to organisation audit records is restricted by role.

Encrypted web connections
The Avanqi website uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit between your browser and the service.
Privacy & service providers
Hosting, storage, email, billing and other service providers support Avanqi. Information may be processed in Australia or other countries where those providers operate. Retention and deletion depend on the type of information and applicable obligations.

Workspace permissions still apply.
AI workspace tools use the signed-in user's existing organisation and project permissions. Availability and permitted actions depend on your organisation's settings.
Prompts and selected context are sent to the configured AI provider when you use AI features. Ask us about provider arrangements and data-handling requirements before using sensitive information with AI.

Avanqi is not currently ISO 27001 certified and does not have a SOC 2 report.
