What is the Outcome Governance Review Room?
It is the governed outcome-review workflow inside the Avanqi Outcomes Control Tower pilot. It brings an Outcome, its eligible evidence, current exception, reviewer judgement, and linked response into one traceable path.
Does it replace a steering meeting or governance committee?
No. Avanqi preserves the evidence and reviewer record that support a governance conversation. It does not schedule the meeting, manage the agenda, record committee resolutions, or replace accountable human judgement.
Is this a transformation decision log?
No. It can supply Outcome evidence and reviewer rationale for an organisation’s separate transformation decision register, but it does not claim to be a committee-minutes or statutory decision-record system.
How does this support benefits realisation governance?
It keeps the business outcome, linked measures, eligible evidence, reviewer trajectory, and intervention response connected. That gives a benefits realisation review a traceable basis without turning the latest signal into a causal claim.
Does AI decide whether an outcome is on track?
No. The trajectory and rationale are appended by an authorised reviewer. Any separately controlled AI summary does not publish or change the underlying business record automatically.
What reaches an executive briefing pack?
The briefing projection can include privacy-safe outcome totals, exceptions, and evidence. Sensitive notes, external record identifiers, correction payloads, review rationale, and causal interpretations are excluded.
Is the workflow generally available?
No. It is part of the Outcomes Control Tower pilot and is enabled only for explicitly approved organisations. Contact Avanqi to discuss pilot fit and rollout requirements.
